What was the exact error? Sounds a bit like my error. All I had to do was actually completely delete all cach data (also localstorage) and I was good to go. Pionex stores to much data in there, once that gets corrupted, you can't login. (=simple said, but it's more complicated then that). Just try anomynous window first. If that works, you can rule out other stuff. If that works, delete all your cached data... Source: almost 4 years ago
