Could using a third party email parser be an option? We have customers at Parseur that have a use case very similar to yours. It’s quite easy to manage multiple providers / layouts centrally: you create templates to teach the parser where to find each data point in sample emails. If that solution is too limited and you want to aggregate email leads from several channels (hence extracting lead form emails with various layouts), you could give Parseur a try as well. Parseur automatically supports extracting data from multiple layouts once you taught it where to find the data in each of them.
