Theres tons of tools to make the email personalizing faster. I.e lavender autobound.ai etc. And sequences like outreach.io / salesloft. Source: over 2 years ago
A solid playbook for automating emails is using a sequencing tool like outreach.io and email writer like autobound.ai. Outreach manages the sending/replying/organizing and Autobound manages the actual content of the emails. Theres other products out there for this as well, these are just two that come to mind. Lead411 over Seamless all day, Seamless is a joke, ceo is a tool and data is garbage. We tried Zoominfo and they were too expensive so we went with Lead411, (whom they recommended). Great so far, SDRs love it with outreach.io integration. Source: about 3 years ago

The few reps I've met from outreach.io are so cringy, especially Tammy. If you've ever spoken to her- then you know. Trying hard closes and 40's sales tactics on sales people doesn't work. Source: over 3 years ago

Bottom of your resume you might want to include some key pointers to hit algorithms. It's very dumb but needed because most software application jobs scan applications and can skip yours if it doesn't pick up key terms. You can add a block that says "skills: cold-calling, prospecting, lead sourcing, lead generation, cold-calling, emailing, etc... tools: outreach.io, salesloft, zoominfo, etc.". Has anyone found any solutions for this without needing to leave salesforce? I know this is a basic function in other tools like outreach.io, but we'd ideally not want to leave salesforce at all to keep all work and focus in one place. Source: almost 4 years ago

Outreach.io's sequencing tools are highlighted as a valuable asset for managing email sending, replying, and organizingโintegral components for sales teams looking to automate their workflows effectively.
Areas for Improvement: Despite the positive feedback, there are mentions of certain limitations. A notable critique is the platform's secondary functionalities, such as calendar capabilities, which some users find lacking in complexity for advanced teams. Furthermore, as with many comprehensive tools, Outreach.io might pose a learning curve for new users, particularly for those keen on self-certifying without employer support.
Competitive Landscape: Outreach.io frequently surfaces in discussions comparing it to other industry leaders. It is praised for solving crucial sales and outreach challenges, yet some users question what unique solutions it provides that arenโt already offered by other prominent tools such as UserGems, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Insights.
