Clients send bills, invoices, and credit notes to your practice's own branded address by email or WhatsApp, with no account to create. Otto reads each document, extracts the figures and line items, and suggests a nominal code drawn from how that client coded the same supplier before. Your team reviews before anything is published, so nothing reaches the accounting platform without a person checking it.

Billing that tracks what you actually do

You are charged only on the documents you publish. Each client sits automatically on the cheapest tier for its volume, there are no client minimums, and a client that publishes nothing in a month is not charged. The trial runs for 60 days, long enough to see a full monthly cycle.
