If you're a freelancer or solo consultant who tracks hours in Toggl, Clockify, Harvest (or any other tracker) and then manually calculates totals and creates invoices โ this is built for you.
Here's how the core feature works:
Olivi doesn't store your CSV file โ it reads the data and that's it.
Once you've got your clients and projects set up, the whole thing takes about two minutes. Two minutes โ and your client is already looking at your invoice.
You can see the full flow in the demo video on the landing page.
Beyond the core import flow, Olivi also handles:
A startup from Prague, the Czech Republic that is founded by Yevgen Lilik.
Invoice Generation
Create professional PDF invoices from tracked hours
Email Sending
Send invoices with PDF attachments directly from the app
CSV Import
Import time logs from Toggl, Clockify, Harvest or any tracker
Time Tracking
Track billable hours and see unbilled work across all clients
Invoice status tracking
Track invoice statuses: draft, sent, paid, overdue
VAT Rates Supported
Per-client tax rates, reverse charge, automatic calculations
It works with any time tracker - just drop a CSV. No need to switch tools or re-enter anything. Most competitors force you to track time their way or stop at generating a PDF. Olivi takes you all the way from raw time logs to a sent email with the invoice attached. Simple, fast, no clutter.
Olivi creates a short bridge between your time logs and sent invoice. You drop a CSV, Olivi groupes everything by client and project, builds invoice and lets you email it with PDF attached, all without leaving the app. The whole process takes about 1-2 minutes instead of usual monthly spreadsheet ritual.
Freelancers and solo consultants who bill clients by the hour and are tired of copy-pasting time logs into spreadsheets every month.
It all started as a learning project - a way to try out new technologies in web development. As a freelancer with years of experience, I decided to build a straightforward system for managing clients, projects, invoices, and time logs with a built-in time tracker. As the architecture grew, I realized this could become a standalone product, and I started looking for my niche.
Pretty quickly I understood that I couldn't compete head-to-head with the market giants - Harvest, Clockify (freelancer and agency market), or Invoice Ninja and FreshBooks (invoicing market).
So I started searching for a narrow niche - that small corner of the market where the workflows just weren't user-friendly enough. Such a simple flow - turn time logs into an invoice and send it to a client - still takes way too much time. I studied competitors' interfaces, and none of them left me satisfied.
