  I landed on MoneyDance and have been very pleased with the outcome. Free trial, 90 day guarantee, full cost is no more than Quicken Deluxe but they upgrade you for free and has many of the same features.   Personal finances or finances software in general is a weak area for privacy conscious people. For local solutions there are plenty but my favorite is Moneydance. It has multi platform software including mobile apps. Sadly it does not sync with WebDAV specifically but it has a share folder sync that you can use with Nextcloud. Also using a Spreadsheet for keeping track of your bills can be very powerful and useful... Source: over 2 years ago
