Second-hand sites like poshmark.com, vinted.com, mercari.com, ebay.com, bratabase.com/listings, r/braswap, I even bought a NWT Panache Wired Sports bra for $20 off Facebook marketplace! LOL. Obvi, you can still find NWT from second-hand sites). Source: about 3 years ago
The final sale stuff on Breakout Bras website is best prices I've found for the U.S. (outside of second-hand sites like poshmark.com, ebay.com vinted.com, mercari.com, the usual suspects. Mercari.jp is the second most popular. Don't get this confused with mercari.com, because while it is the same company, the listings aren't transferable. Mercari is basically like facebook marketplace, first come first serve. They also hate proxy services, so its harder for people not in japan to buy from them. I'll explain more in the proxy section. I have a couple tips of my own for how to find 5.5g iPods (and 2g iPod minis and 6/7g classics), itโs to look for the storage. A regular 5g will be 30/60gb but a 5.5 will be 30/80gb (similar case for the 2g mini, 4g/photo and 6/7g) and the prices usually arenโt that much more, so look up ipod 80gb and sift through the 80gb 6th gens. You should also diversify where you look, like going on sites like Mercari offerup... Source: almost 4 years ago
You may have to hunt around on places like mercari.com and eBay to find originals at an affordable price. You may also be able to find an adapter to use more modern cards. Source: almost 4 years ago
I have found really good bargains on Mercari. I also shop Little Knits They do a lot of manufacturer close outs. There yarns are discounted at least 20-25% off retail. They often have yarns sold 5 skeins or hanks at a time for an additional discount. I have purchased a lot of Noro, Cascade, Araucania, Brown Sheep yarns from them. Both Love Crafts and Webs carry Valley Yarns, line of basic solid wools and blends.... Source: almost 4 years ago
For a subreddit, r/pkmntcgtrades, for websites, I'd say tcgplayer.com, you can also do mercari.com. Source: about 4 years ago
Assuming the e-mail address is legitimate and assuming the URL they provide is actually on mercari.com, I don't see a downside. Doesn't look like a scam. Source: about 4 years ago
There is one more option you could go to which is mercari.com; It is a similar website to ebay. I am not entirely sure how it works as a seller, and if there are fees and such, but there are a decent amount of errors being posted there. It brings a much smaller traffic than ebay of course, but the more places you post something for sale, the better chance you get to sell it. Source: about 4 years ago
Mercari.com has a local option. Instead of shipping your stuff, when you list, you select local only. Only local buyers can buy. After they buy, you get instructions to put the stuff in front of your door and a uber/whatever driver comes and picks it up and delivers it to the buyer. Source: over 4 years ago
Try etsy.com and mercari.com. I see a lot of older cameras going through both venues. Source: over 4 years ago

Generally speaking the biggest market for kpop goods including Loona merch is Instagram. Browse tags like #loonasale, #loonasales, #loonaphotocard, #loonaalbum, #loonatrade, #loonasell, #loonawts, etc. Occasionally you can also find deals on rare/out of print Loona merch on ebay.com, mercari.com or depop.com. It's all about being persistent and regularly checking these sites for the items you want. Source: almost 5 years ago

Mercari, a Japan-based online marketplace, has been gaining traction as a reliable platform for buying and selling a wide range of goods, both new and second-hand, particularly in Japan, the U.S., and the U.K. This growth positions it as a credible alternative in the presence of well-established competitors like eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Etsy. It appeals to a broad audience interested in an array of products, from electronics to high-fashion items, and is often likened to a "selling app" due to its robust mobile platform, which is essential for quick listing and purchasing.
A key feature of Mercari is its fee structure. Notably, the platform deducts a 10% commission from sales, aligning with industry standards like eBay. However, for sellers using Mercari's store option, the fee reduces significantly to 3%. This pricing strategy could be appealing to frequent sellers who can leverage lower fees while engaging with a broad audience.
Users appreciate the straightforwardness of the app: sellers list products by uploading images and descriptions, and upon purchase, they ship the item. To facilitate transactions, Mercari offers sellers the option to print prepaid shipping labels, simplifying the logistics involved in online selling. However, users are advised to consider shipping costs when pricing items.
Opinions and discussions around Mercari often highlight the platform's versatility and ease of use. It is frequently recommended as an alternative marketplace for items ranging from fashion to collectiblesโserving as a substitute for physical meetups by allowing shipping. This aspect differentiates it from marketplaces like Craigslist, which often require personal handovers.
In particular, hobbyists and collectors find Mercari useful for niche purchases, such as electronics and collectibles, including certain video games and vintage goods. The local selling option, involving direct handoffs facilitated by drivers, is a unique feature that enhances convenience for both buyers and sellers looking for local transactions.
While Mercari's global reach extends to significant markets, users note some geographic restrictions, particularly contrasting mercari.com and mercari.jp. This can lead to limitations for international users because listings are non-transferable between regions, creating potential barriers for eager buyers outside a listing's primary country.
Furthermore, there are limitations concerning payment options, particularly for international customers. For instance, some users report challenges when trying to use non-U.S. accounts to make purchases, which poses a limitation for the platform's full international utility.
Overall, Mercari is viewed positively as a user-friendly, effective platform in the online marketplace space. While its fee structure is competitive, and the app's functionality meets user expectations, there remains room for improvement, particularly in enhancing its global usability and broadening its payment capabilities. As Mercari continues to grow and adapt, it remains a compelling choice for users looking to buy and sell diverse items with relative ease.
