For quick sketching, try Loopy. For more robust diagrams, try Kumu.io. With regard to the latter, you might want to check out Gene Bellinger's YouTube channel where he has posted numerous videos using Kumu.io for analyzing systems with CLDs. Source: over 3 years ago
