My game is like this -- the joy of unexpected combinations producing unexpected results means it's very hard to anticipate everything. I've been trying to make sure it "feels right" just by playing it, but I'd recommend putting up some kind of prototype on itch.io and getting other people to test it, just because players think differently than designers. They'll likely find interactions and incorrect-feeling results that you're not thinking of.
