  Make sure they are connecting with your external IP. If it's something like 10.x.x.x, or 127.0.0.1, that refers to a private IP that only works within your network. I think always but I may be wrong they are in this format 192.168.xx.xx. The private IPs are assigned to each device on the network by the router.
