Paired with my work with my therapist, this is helping me get a handle on my emotions and I love a bit of personal-data (they donโ€™t share your data) and charts, so itโ€™s also fun in addition to being helpful. hereโ€™s a thing from Yale Medicine about the app to add some credibility to this...
