Take an intro course in computer science (many people recommend the CS50 course from Harvard). The hard thing here, which led me down a rabbit hole, is actually choosing a programming language and I would say don't worry too much about that, you can look up some use cases for a specific language and choose the one that would align with projects you would like to make in the future. Start with learning html and css, after that I would recommend learning the basics of programming with javascript or python. You can look up different fields where the language is prevalent and decide which one you want to learn. As for finding good tutorials my first approach is checking hackr.io and see the tutorials with the most thumbs up together with searching "best way to learn X programming language" on...
