Khan Academy - Best resource for maths. Although it is not necessary to know subjects like linear algebra to slap together some code to make stuff work, it is necessary to know in order to understand how to slap it together and why it works.

Godot Engine

Godot. A free and open source game engine. You do not have to use this engine if you do not want to, however I think it is great and more than enough to get started. It has an excellent documentation in the "learn" section which teaches you how to use the engine and even how to make a game from scratch.
