   Grunnaro is primarily built for developers, indie makers, solo founders, and small software teams.

   It is especially useful for teams that dislike heavyweight project management tools, Scrum ceremonies, and estimation-heavy workflows, but still need a clear way to organize ideas, todos, bugs, discussions, and project progress.

2. What makes Grunnaro unique?

   Grunnaro is built around a different idea of project management: planning is ordering.

   Instead of using sprints, story points, velocity, or large boards, Grunnaro helps developers keep a clear order of what matters next. Ideas can stay lightweight until they are ready, todos are ordered by priority and flow, bugs are treated as real work, and discussions stay close to the project.

   The goal is to give small software teams enough structure to stay focused without adding Scrum ceremonies or enterprise process overhead.

   Grunnaro started from the frustration of working with project management processes that often help reporting more than actual development.

   After years of working as a developer in different teams and organizations, I wanted a tool that supports how developers actually work: capturing ideas, deciding what matters next, keeping ownership clear, discussing asynchronously, and adapting when bugs or reality change the plan.

   Grunnaro is my attempt to build a calmer, more developer-focused alternative to traditional Scrum and heavyweight project management tools.

5. Which are the primary technologies used for building Grunnaro?

   Grunnaro is built with Java 21 and Spring Boot on the backend, with a Vue 3 frontend.

   The backend uses Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, Flyway, Maven, and relational databases such as H2 for development and SQL for production.

   The frontend is built with Vue 3, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Axios, and Heroicons.

6. Who are some of the biggest customers of Grunnaro?

   Grunnaro is still an early-stage product and does not have major public customers yet. It is a good fit for early adopters who want a more developer-focused alternative and value the chance to help shape the product as it grows.
