    Branding featured need expanding but support is great

    This app is missing some key customization features (even in the paid plan) like the ability to change branded colors in lightbox popups, the ability to add a wishlist heart icon to the header and mobile menu, and the ability to change the ratio of photos of emails (product photos get stretched and look really poor in review request emails).

    But the app support has fixed all of those problems for me on multiple sites in a very short amount of time. They are extremely responsive and complete development requests that many other app teams would not.

    Feature Rich App!

    I switched over from another Rewards App because Growave includes more for the subscription. The competition is only about the Reward points but Growave is Reward Points, Wishlists, Product Reviews and Product Q/A. So its like getting 4 apps for the price of one. Support so fart has been excellent fixing the few issues I've had. Great app!

    Incredible Customer Service

    Growave offers by far the best functionality at the best price vs other similar apps. I have used Growave with a number of brands and seen fantastic growth. The real advantage though is their customer service, they are always available on chat and they are fantastically quick at responding.

    Version 2 Upgrade

    Migration to V2.0 was fast and seamless, it also fixed a prior bug with checkout. Rewards program, Wishlist and Reviews all provide an exceptional customer experience. The Growave support team is very responsive to our store

    Great App!

    Growave is a great app for both a reward/loyalty program and collecting customer product reviews. Easy to use and integrate into your store, some customization ability to match branding. But the best aspect is that it is not ridiculously expensive like some other loyalty program apps. Easy for customers to use too. We have been using this app for a couple of years and are extremely happy with all the functionality. And Growave tech support is top notch! Highly recommend this app!

    Attentive & Respectful!

    The support team at Growave are excellent, they hop right on tasks and are quick to fix any bugs that arise. We at Turntable Lab have never had an issue the support team wasn't able to amend within a day. Their program fits perfectly in our Shopify theme and displays nicely.

    After A Year of Growave

    As stated above I've been using Growave Reviews, Wishlist & Loyalty Program for more than a year. I migrated to Shopify from another platform and was able to import the points from the loyalty program I was using previously. The only issue I've had was when I changed themes. When I had issues with reviews not displaying at all, then not everywhere they should be Customer Service fixed the issues promptly. In one chat session we were able to sort everything out. Clients use the discounts from the Loyalty Program and I've not had anyone report issues with that at all.

    Not Our First Review

    When help is needed, the Team (and most recently Anna) have always been on-the-spot to help us out. Recently we ran into some technical issues with Social Log-ins and collectors going through a sort of doom-loop log-in process. The team (and Anna by virtue of facilitating) jumped on our outreach immediately, worked on getting it sourced to the right devs to troubleshoot, and presented solutions/feedback allowing us time + opportunity to review before implementation. Contact was constant, direct, and easy to compartmentalize for actions. We've since had the issue resolved, plus updated the website with some additional tools that we were missing (part of an unrelated inquiry but tackled at the same time). Bringing the Wishlist selector to the product level will be a huge functionality win for our collectors and will minimize screen hopping, too. Less clicks = more fun!!

    The tools and features available in-suite are top notch, exceptionally useful for us as a business, directly benefit our collectors, and have been a key ingredient in our success over the past 3+ years.

    Keep doing what you're doing, it works.

    needed help (during free trial period) and they were amazing

    So I set up the whole thing to use points and referrals and it didn't work at all. I sent an email kind of not expecting a response, but they had a response and fixed the problem overnight. They're great! And I'm in the free trial period, too. I'm so glad I went with GroWave.

    Good live chat support with issues

    We chose Growave as a cost effective POS and online loyalty tool vs Marsello. The app was easy to install, but I have encountered issues with rewards and points settings, reporting, and the integration with Klaviyo. Each time I have an issue I speak with Growave Support and receive good help. The tool needs a dedicated account manager to help get the app running after the initial sales pitch.

    Good app and support, could use some improvement

    It's nice to have an "all in one" app for reviews, product galleries, wishlist, UGC content, rewards, referrals and more. However, our ecommerce had quite a few issues with the widgets slowing down our loading speed, missing translations for some locales, not sending automated emails, etc. On a positive note, the support team is very responsive and eager to help, which comes in handy when encountering these technical issues.

    Exceptional support and great value for the amount of features included

    I have been more than pleased with the Growave app! It has so many great features & benefits! While nothing is perfect, whenever I have not fully understood how to work a special feature or the other day the logo was not showing up correctly.     Awesome all-in-one app for ecommerce stores
