    • Independent makeup artists
    • Estheticians
    • Lash artists
    • Hairstylists
    • Nail technicians
    • Freelance beauty professionals
  2. What makes Glamorph unique?

Glamorph is built specifically around beauty client history, not generic salon operations.

    • Client profiles, notes, photos, appointments, payments, expenses, allergies, formulas, and sessions stay connected in one place
    • Designed for solo and freelance beauty professionals, not only large salons
    • Works across mobile and web
    • Simple enough for everyday use without feeling like a heavy salon system
  3. Why should a person choose Glamorph over its competitors?

Choose Glamorph if you want a lightweight beauty client management app focused on remembering client details, organizing sessions, and keeping photos, notes, payments, and appointments together.

It is especially useful for beauty professionals who currently use a mix of Notes, camera roll, DMs, spreadsheets, and calendar apps.

  4. How would you describe the primary audience of Glamorph?

Glamorph is made for makeup artists, estheticians, lash artists, brow artists, hairstylists, nail technicians, mobile beauty pros, and freelance beauty professionals who manage repeat clients.

  5. What's the story behind Glamorph?

Glamorph started from a problem I was living every day as a freelance makeup artist in Thessaloniki, Greece.

My clients, photos, allergies, product notes, appointments, payments, and bridal trial details were scattered across Instagram DMs, Notes, spreadsheets, camera roll, and memory. Every returning client meant digging through multiple apps just to remember what we did last time.

The breaking point came when a returning client mentioned an allergy she had previously sent me in a DM. I couldnโ€™t find it while she was sitting in the chair waiting. That moment made me realize beauty professionals donโ€™t need another complicated salon system full of features they never use. We need a tool that remembers everything tied to the client.

So I built Glamorph: a client management app designed specifically for freelance beauty professionals. One place for client profiles, sessions, photos, notes, payments, formulas, allergies, appointments, and history across mobile and web.

Today, Glamorph is used by makeup artists, estheticians, lash artists, hairstylists, brow artists, nail technicians, and other beauty freelancers across multiple countries who want a simpler way to organize their business without juggling five different apps.

    Pretty handy for nail clients

Iโ€™ve been using Glamorph to keep my nail client stuff in one place. I add photos of the set, colors, shape, length, and small notes I want to remember for next time.

Itโ€™s useful because I can open a client and quickly see what we did before instead of trying to remember from my gallery or old chats. Itโ€™s not too much, which I like. Just a simple app for keeping client history more organized.

    Competitors: Apple Notes, Notes, Vagaro
Pros:    Easy to use|Good for nail photos|Helps with client history|Nice for saving colors and notes|User friendly and not complicated.
Cons:    Would be nice to have more nail templates in the future

A nail tech friend recommended Glamorph to me and I ended up liking it more than I expected. Itโ€™s simple, easy to use, and helps keep client notes and photos in one place instead of searching through messages or my camera roll. Nothing overcomplicated, just a practical app for beauty work.

Pros:    Easy to understand|Good for saving client notes and photos|Feels made for beauty professionals
Cons:    Would be nice to have more templates/custom options in the future

Simple client memory app for makeup artists

I use Glamorph as a solo makeup artist to keep my client details, notes, photos, and past sessions organized in one place. It helps me remember what look we did, what products or shades I used, and small personal details before the next appointment.

For me, the biggest benefit is that I do not have to scroll through WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, or my camera roll to remember client history. It feels lightweight and practical, not like complicated salon software with features I do not need.

Overall, Glamorph makes client management easier for freelance beauty professionals who care about remembering their clients properly.

Pros:    Easy to use|Great for client notes and photos|Helpful for remembering past makeup looks|Not overloaded like salon software|Good for solo beauty professionals
Cons:    Still a newer app, so i would like to see even more features over time
