GetFacade.ai turns a photo of your house into facade designs you can actually build.
Upload an exterior photo (or plans for a new build), say a few words about what you want, and explore designs until one feels right. Every design is reasoned as real construction, not as an image: your home's structure, materials available in stores near you, and the way contractors actually work.
What you get - Unlimited design iterations on your own photo, with multiple angles and reference images - A PDF renovation plan: step-by-step order of work, materials and brands, safety and code notes - A materials and labor cost estimate based on local pricing - Building codes accounted for (IRC/IBC and state-level in the U.S., local equivalents in 90+ countries) - Contractor-ready output you can hand off as-is
Why not a chatbot A general AI returns one throwaway image and forgets it. GetFacade keeps the whole project: every photo, angle, document and version, so you can compare options and come back later. You steer with controls and sketches on your own photo, not only with prompts.

GetFacade does not generate a picture of a house, it designs a facade as a real construction job.
Most tools in this space stop at a render. A general AI chatbot gives you one throwaway image and forgets it. Interior-first design apps treat the exterior as an afterthought and know nothing about siding, stucco, trim or roofing details.
GetFacade is a facade specialist, and it carries the job through to the point where you can act:
Two groups, with different jobs to be done.
Homeowners are the core audience. Typically owners of single-family houses who are planning an exterior renovation, deciding between siding, stucco, brick or paint, preparing a house for sale to raise curb appeal, or building new and wanting to see the facade before the walls go up. They are not designers. They cannot read a mood board or write a design prompt, and they need to know the cost before committing.
Contractors, remodelers and designers are the second group. They use GetFacade to show clients options fast, close jobs sooner, and produce a document they can quote from.
Geography is broad: 90+ countries with local codes, materials and pricing, and 24 interface languages. Available on iOS, Android and web.
GetFacade comes out of Archi Capital, a facade design studio with 17 years of practice and more than 900 real facade projects. The product is the studio's own craft turned into software.
Renovating a facade is one of the most expensive decisions a homeowner makes, and it is made almost blind. You pick a color from a tiny sample, imagine the rest, and find out what it really looks like and really costs only after the work has started. For 17 years the studio did that job by hand, one client at a time, which is slow and out of reach for most homeowners.
Image generators looked like the answer, but they are not. They produce a beautiful picture of a house that cannot be built: proportions drift, materials do not exist, details ignore how a wall is actually assembled. The homeowner is left with an image and no way to act on it, and the contractor cannot quote from it.
So the studio built GetFacade to encode what it already knew. Instead of treating the facade as an image problem, we treat it as a construction problem: the house's real structure, materials available in local stores, building codes, and the sequence in which the work gets done. The result is a design you can hand to a builder, with the cost attached.
