  Okay, so in the official lyric video it says "what was that", but genius.com is telling me it's "when I look back". I don't know who to believe because it sounds like it could be both of those in the actual song. I actually think lyrically "when I look back" works better.   I highly suggest listening to the whole album in order, she really lays out the story beautifully in the tracklist the way it is. Also as a neurodivergent person myself, I really hyperfixated on the album so I listened to the songs while reading the lyrics on genius.com (which also explains some metaphors and meanings behind certain lyrics which to me was super helpful to get the whole story!).
