I would recommend Fomantic UI https://fomantic-ui.com/ (active community fork of Semantic UI) + Semantic UI React https://react.semantic-ui.com/ (which is a React wrapper over Semantic UI, but works with Fomantic UI as well). The original interface was created based on Fomantic UI using Tailwind CSS. After plenty of research, it was decided that the redesign would go ahead using the DaisyUI components. I really like fomantic-ui (a fork of now-abandoned semantic-ui). I think its philosophy of "class should be meaningful words rather than cryptic codes" meshes really well with python. Writing css classes as "inverted very large dividing header" reads much better than "header-lg header-inverted header-lg-xxl".
