Build habit routines, take better breaks, and ban distractions
Use your time for what matters, without willpower. Focus Bear is a productivity app unlike any other, created by someone with ADHD for people struggling to stay focused at work or school.
Stop procrastinating with timed habit routines.
Finish your morning routine before you start work. Countdowns give you time to finish each task before you move on.
Take productivity-boosting breaks.
Complete your chosen break activity before you can keep working. Enjoy breaks that give your brain a rest and don't go too long.
Block distractions and get work done.
Choose from 3+ focus modes, including Pomodoros, to stay focused on what you're working on.
I use Focus Bear for that. If you want to try it, check here: focusbear.io. Source: 10 months ago

The focusbear.io app could be a great option, it's the one I use. It can sync between devices as you asked for. And I think you could share access with your partner through its business subscription up to 5 members. Source: 11 months ago
Try FocusBear: I highly recommend giving FocusBear (focusbear.io) a try. It's an awesome app that helps eliminate distractions and stay focused. It has great default morning routine options but you can create your personalized one, too. Source: 11 months ago
I totally get how overwhelming it can be to stay focused and motivated during the workday. Have you heard of FocusBear (focusbear.io)? It's a fantastic app that can help you tackle distractions and boost productivity. With its features like distraction-blocking and timed work sessions, it's been a game-changer for me. Also, I use the focusbear.io and it's a must-have for me. It's well-designed and really complete with everything I need to make WFH stress-free. It blocks distractions, and I can work in blocks of time (similar to the Pomodoro method) with it, but it also remembers me to take breaks so I can avoid eye fatigue or neck/back pain. I love this app. Source: 12 months ago
I use Trello.com and it's a great tool for me for content planning. Also, I use the focusbear.io app to focus on marketing and content, I've created a "focus mode" called "Marketing" on which I have allowed all apps/sites I use related to that and this way it helps me avoid distractions and increase my productivity. If you spend a lot of time on screen, you need to rest your eyes every certain period of time. Recommended is at least 20sec every 20min, better if you rest 5min. I learned this with the productivity app I use (focusbear.io). It remembers you to take micro-breaks every certain period of time, by default is 20min, but if you need you can extend it to 30min, 1h, or whatever works for you. Source: 12 months ago
I've using the focusbear.io app since January and it's been helping me a lot! To give structure to my day and follow it every day as a routine, and also to avoid getting distracted while working/studying. It helps me find a balance between procrastinating and hyper-focusing hehe. Source: 12 months ago
