From there, users run the Screen Flows you've assigned to them, with email context like sender, subject, and content pre-filled as Flow inputs. Log a call, update an opportunity, create a case, follow your qualification process: whatever you've built in Flow Builder, delivered in the inbox.
For admins, nothing changes about how you work. You build and maintain Flows in Salesforce as you always have. FlowRunner just delivers them where users will actually run them. You control which users see which Flows, and your validation rules and business logic apply unchanged.
