We use fax.plus. We had an on prem FoIP and it failed and I had to do something quickly until we replace the 4 different phone systems across locations into one. Users seem to like it, user interface is super simple. My boss hates the cost ($5/mo/per phone number plus monthly fee that comes with 2 numbers) but I met all the requirements laid out so it works for the short term. Source: 12 months ago

Fax.plus works for us and is HIPAA compliant. You need to sign a business agreement to with them to get it written in stone, but that isn't an additional cost, and should be done anyway. Source: over 1 year ago
Im about to help deploy fax.plus for a small corporate team with some remote sites. Ive read only reviews but it seems to make the users happy. Source: over 1 year ago
I thought it was game over after we got removed from Omni. I thought that was the death blow, and I was devastated, like I'm sure everyone here was. Today fire off an email to them, use www.fax.plus to send a document to numerous fax numbers at once... Source: about 2 years ago

Just make up a document explaining your situation, and why we need to get refunded, add all the fax numbers, upload the document and click send. It's very easy and I have sent... Nah, that's unnecessary these days. Just use an online fax service. I used fax.plus with no issues, but I'm sure there are others. Source: about 2 years ago
Used both of those. We settled on HelloFax because they could actually figure out how to port numbers. Fax.plus was by far the biggest morons in the world. I had to reach out to a third party that handled their porting. Yes, I needed to actually investigate, find out what company they were using to port their numbers via and talk to them because I got zero feedback/customer service on something that should take...
