I've done some research on EquityZen and I'm not sure if it's the right place to invest. This platform is very expensive and way beyond my league since I have to be making around $200,000 a year before I can invest here. Source: over 1 year ago
I tried to use EquityZen a few years ago, but unfortunately the company blocked the sale. I also talked to ESO Fund, but they weren't able to work with me since I wasn't a US citizen or resident. I've just sent an application to Quid and have requested a call, so I'm waiting to see if that might be an option. Source: almost 2 years ago

I have options I don't really want to exercise and I know there's a couple companies out there that facilitate this (i.e. https://equityzen.com/, https://secfi.com/, etc). Has anyone done this before? What is the process like? Source: almost 2 years ago
You can find them on https://equityzen.com/ FYI. Source: about 2 years ago
If you’re looking for more general help in obtaining liquidity for your shares, there are now specialized markets that match sellers (employees) and buyers (institutional investors) for the shares of a lot of these pre-IPO companies (esp. tech). I’d suggest you check out Forge Global, EquityZen or CartaX. Hope this helps. Source: over 2 years ago
Sounds like a unicorn, there are marketplaces for equity in unicorn-like private companies (this is one example: https://equityzen.com/, there are others) there you could. Source: over 2 years ago

I have been reading about buying unlisted shares. When I searched on the internet , found many websites like https://unlistedzone.com/ , https://equityzen.com/ etc . As far as I know, retail investors can also participate. I was wondering has anyone have done this. Can you share your experience. Source: almost 3 years ago

There are some brokers such as https://equityzen.com/ and https://forgeglobal.com/ which try to match buyers and sellers and take a cut, much like a real estate agent. Source: about 3 years ago
