First of all, you probably don't want to manually refresh the Steam page to check if the SD is back in stock, so I recommend installing a website monitoring extension. There are a few out there but I can vouch for distill.io because it has a free tier with unlimited local checks. Set the intervals as low as you want, but keep in mind that the last restock lasted about 45 minutes - 1 hour. I personally set mine to... Source: over 1 year ago
Recently found out about website change trackers and had to share, like distill.io and fetchnotifs (not affiliated btw). I use them like everyday for amazon items and general stuff. Source: over 1 year ago
You can also try notify-me.rs . It's super simple tracker, and has more checks than distill.io , we have bunch of people from this subreddit using it already! Source: over 1 year ago
Were these even advertised anywhere online? Insane how fast the 6x8s went. Glad I've had a distill.io alert set there for like 2 years now haha. Source: over 1 year ago
Distill.io offers every 5 seconds but it seems I need an upgraded account to be able to select this interval using the Device "Cloud-Distill's Severs (this device)". So it seems I'd need to always be on my computer in order for it to run. So I selected "Any Local Device (beta)" for device. Description for "Device" = Select device that this monitor runs on. Other devices will appear in the list once all devices... Source: over 1 year ago
Not sure what OP used, but there’s this tool that you can use to watch websites for updates: https://distill.io/ So if it was programmed to watch this page, could have gotten an alert: https://www.bahai.org/library/authoritative-texts/bahaullah/additional-tablets-extracts-from-tablets-revealed-bahaullah/. Good point. I'm a fan of Distill myself (Chrome and Firefox) but C4C should work too. Even if people can't figure out extensions, they can just keep refreshing the page. Tickets have been popping up for Dallas all day. You have to be damned quick to get them, though. It took me something like 15 failures before I finally got a pair. Bye bye, lawn! For the refresh freaks like me out there: you can try (on your own risk) this plugin https://distill.io/ .. Notifies you with any changes to a page of your browser . NB: I have never used this app before and it was just the first entry from the google search ... It has more than 200K users so I thought it wont be a threat to security/privacy ... Https://distill.io/ check this out. Source: over 1 year ago
I previously asked if anyone had a method of tracking price changes to excursions and drink packages. The idea is to buy as early as feasible instead of waiting to see if the price changes and then purchase. I started using the Chrome plug-in Distill Web Monitor to get alerts when the price changes. I did some basic testing and did receive alerts when the page changed. I'm only using the free option which has... Source: over 1 year ago
Distill.io is doing something similar, you guys might want to check it out. Source: over 1 year ago
I use this auto refresh tool that chimes when the page changes. https://distill.io/. I have been told that extensions are not “OK” to use but many of us who have been on the project for years have been using them with no issue so use at own risk. Source: over 1 year ago
I've been using distill.io but its been a little wonky. Source: over 1 year ago
You can also try https://notify-me.rs/ . We have more checks per day than distill.io and similar services, and we also offer a generous Early Adopters plan. Source: almost 2 years ago
I've had some similar struggles whole trying to acquire an Unifi switch. Even though I subscribed for the 'back in stock' email service I never received anything. I ended up using https://distill.io/ which sends an alert every time the page changes. Source: almost 2 years ago
Hey, give https://notify-me.rs a try if you want. It has more frequent checks than distill.io and we send you updates directly to your email inbox. Source: almost 2 years ago
But yeah, use distill.io -> I just found this extension couple days ago, and if I could restart my journey I would use this for sure. Source: almost 2 years ago
PS: I use Distill Chrome extension to monitor pages like these and see whenever things change, like get back in stock. Note: you nned to have the browser open for it to work. Source: almost 2 years ago
Distill.io will only work whilst the browser is active (or if you pay them), so with changedetection.io you can run it yourself (as ten's of thousands of happy people are) or take out a super cheap subscription and let us take care of your hosted setup in our servers. Source: almost 2 years ago
If you want one check out distill.io and set yourself up some notifications. This is how I got all of my components for my first PC build in Dec 2020 and it helped me get this component as well. Source: almost 2 years ago
We will use https://distill.io/ for this. This is a service that monitors the websites for updates and can fire the alarms, basically what we're looking for. Source: almost 2 years ago
