  The NFT world is relatively new. In theory, the scope for NFTs is anything that is unique that needs provable ownership.   Land is sold by landowners. It will cost whatever the individual is selling it for. If you keep up with the marketplace https://market.decentraland.org/ you might be able to catch a deal. Doubt you’ll buy anything for 30 MANA. Land should be left for developers. If you’re planning on holding land and not building, you’re preventing DCL from growing. I've been involved in this project since the Terraform event launched, i purchased 3 parcels of LAND for 100 MANA each at .10/mana, today im up more than 8500% because this project fucking rocks and I'm not selling any time soon!
