  • iPad notes/ whiteboard/ pocket app
Imagine: I’m preparing for a trip to Japan and I want to have ONE hub where I can store all my ideas, info, dreams, notes, todos and sketches. I have a whiteboard where I can handwrite and draw. But not like in Miro. NICELY. Like in Concepts app. Drawing there is superb! That app would be an absolute win IF… it supported links…. So from now on think Concepts app but with PROPER understanding of links. So I find... Source: 5 months ago

  • new user needs app advice
I use https://concepts.app/en/ for drawing. Input lags more than the native app, but infinite canvas and snap to grid etc more than make up for that. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Feedback on gifts for my wife, who wants to draw
As for apps, try Concepts app or Sketchbook, Medibang. These apps do not tax the processor that much and should not lag. Surface Go is not a powerful tablet. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Kamvas 24 plus [qhd] - tilt doesn't work
Also download Concepts app and test with the Pencil brush. This app usually have no problem working with tilt. https://concepts.app/en/. Source: over 1 year ago

The obvious answer would be Concepts. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Recommended Full Game Dev Stack?
I'd also consider a planner of sorts essential. Something you can keep on your person at all times that will sync between tablet/phone/computer. I use Notion which lets me make To-Dos, jot down ideas and inspiration, and create a masterplan for your project. I also use Concepts on my tablet alongside that to manage foundational art and such. • Is it true that there is no way to use the surface and pen as input to a more powerful desktop pc?
But I haven't tried very hard since discovering Concepts. I spent the ~$15 for the pro upgrade, and I just love it. Source: over 1 year ago
  • are there any good mobile apps for game design
For ideas and planning, I haven't found anything as useful as this app called Concepts. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Is it at all feasible to draw on mobile while maintaining quality?
Just giving you a suggestion for the future. But yea if you only use the phone then... Your options are limited. Mobile apps are limited. For vector drawing apps that are good; go with Concepts app. It's freemium. Concept apps also available on pc so you can transfer your work back and forth in the future. So give that one a try. Hm it says here Disney use concepts app. So hey that's pretty good.... Source: over 1 year ago
  • The Best Planner, Study Tools, and Apps for College Success
[Concepts] I have recently come across this app while browsing the App Store for some new apps to try out. The main appeal is that it has an infinite canvas and many tools for sketching, doodling, planning, or note-taking. I can see this app being very helpful for engineers, architects, students going into the medical field, and certainly more types of people. It could be a great place to craft mind maps,... • Where do you write your ideas ?
I use Concepts on my iPad. Although I love writing and typing, I’m professionally a designer so I work best when I can do diagrams, mental maps, and sketches, or set up a mood board / collage. Source: over 1 year ago
  • I wish I could organize my thoughts
The Concepts [0] app on an iPad (what I use) could get most of the way there, save for tables and other formatting options. It has an infinite grid and the ability to place/import objects like PDFs and other formats. [0] https://concepts.app/en/. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago

  • Lorien – Infinite canvas drawing/whiteboarding app
I use https://concepts.app/en/ for all iPad drawing. It features an infinite canvas, and is tuned for beautiful architectural drawings. I use it for math notes and illustration. Like my academic colleagues, I was forced onto an iPad (I love chalk and paper) in order to teach remotely. Most of us settled on Notability, too freaked out to learn more than necessary to barely cope. Some realized that one wants all the... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
  • What, when, and how do you utilize your iPad in your workflow?
I pretty much only use it for drawing out wireframes with Concepts. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Buffereditor – Code and Text Editor for iPhone, iPad and iPad Pro
Concepts (https://concepts.app/en/) has been my go-to for several years. Several engineers I know use it for much of their draft work. I don't do much beyond diagrams and wireframes, but I think it covers at least half your points, and the UI is pretty wonderful. Last I checked, you can markup PDFs in iCloud without importing / exporting, but YMMV. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
  • Ask HN: How to quickly animate sketches and 2D diagrams?
I like to use the same software that "Stuff Made Here" uses, on a Microsoft Surface laptop: https://concepts.app/en/. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
  • Where do you find inspiration for remodeling?
Great suggestion! BTW if you are into to looking at a virtual grid project design notebook, look at Concepts. Here is their webpage with info and links to the different format downloads. I could go on and on about the features I like and how awesome it is, but it's one of those things maybe you gotta look at yourself lol. Source: about 2 years ago
