Just giving you a suggestion for the future. But yea if you only use the phone then... Your options are limited. Mobile apps are limited. For vector drawing apps that are good; go with Concepts app. It's freemium. Concept apps also available on pc so you can transfer your work back and forth in the future. So give that one a try. I don't do much beyond diagrams and wireframes, but I think it covers at least half your points, and the UI is pretty wonderful.
