  • Doctorโ€™s visit.
I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network. If not, there's an option for that too. You can search based on the kind of doctor you need to see, and you can schedule the appointment through the website. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Is it normal to for a psychiatric practice to say they treat ADHD but don't prescribe stimulants and only offer therapy?
Thank you to everyone for your comments. I just want to share that I found a psychiatrist on zocdoc.com that specializes in ADHD and works through the company Talkiatry. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him. I understand any prescription medication in either case would require an in-person... Source: over 3 years ago
  • FT Benefits
You can also use appointment sites like zocdoc.com. That site will take your insurance plan information and give you a list of local doctors who accept your coverage.3 They even allow you to make appointments for them online. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Any doctors offices that arenโ€™t a month out to be seen?
I had good luck with zocdoc.com (no I don't work for them). Found a PCP appointment within two weeks. I initially tried a friend's doctor and they were like a 4 month wait. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Where to get a pelvic exam in PGH
Try zocdoc.com They allow you to enter in: the kind of provider you're looking for, location, and type of insurance you have (if you have it.) It's great because they show you availability without having to call the office. Hope this helps! Source: about 4 years ago
