I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network. If not, there's an option for that too. You can search based on the kind of doctor you need to see, and you can schedule the appointment through the website. Source: 12 months ago
Thank you to everyone for your comments. I just want to share that I found a psychiatrist on zocdoc.com that specializes in ADHD and works through the company Talkiatry. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him. I understand any prescription medication in either case would require an in-person... Source: about 1 year ago

I had good luck with zocdoc.com (no I don't work for them). Found a PCP appointment within two weeks. I initially tried a friend's doctor and they were like a 4 month wait. Source: about 1 year ago
Try zocdoc.com They allow you to enter in: the kind of provider you're looking for, location, and type of insurance you have (if you have it.) It's great because they show you availability without having to call the office. Hope this helps! Source: almost 2 years ago

I hear you and I feel for you. u/Canuck_Voyageur has a really great comment about how to find a therapist and how to get what you want. I would also add zocdoc.com there you can put in your insurance (if you have any), the treatment you are looking for and you can make an appointment right on the site you do not have to wait for anyone to get back to you like other sites. It helped me find both a psych and... Source: about 2 years ago
Try Zocdoc | Find a Doctor Near You | Book Doctors Online You create an account (free) and even put in what insurance you have, what neighborhood you are looking for a doctor, and what kind of doctor. Not only can you read reviews (bc the doctors cannot change them), you can see if there are lengthy delays, if the workers are pleasant and of course patients rate the doctor. I would also call first to ensure... Source: about 2 years ago
But, the reality is it hasn't passed yet and that doesn't answer your question! I had some trouble finding doctors a couple years ago while on a barebones insurance plan but after calling around I found some great ones so I can share what worked for me. I would recommend trying zocdoc.com or asking people you know for recommendations and calling those doctors. I don't know what exact BCBS network you're in but... Source: over 2 years ago

Zocdoc.com lets you filter by providers that take your insurance (although you should double check before actually going to the appt). Psychology today also has this feature I think. Both let you filter automatically and see reviews. Source: about 3 years ago
Go on zocdoc.com and find a orthopedic surgeon to look at your knee to see if they think its inflamed or infected. They might want to stick a needle in it if there is enough fluid to sample. Source: about 3 years ago
