   Has almost everything I need

   I've started using this as my main IDE for new projects when I'm trying things out. If it keeps getting better at the rate it has been, it'll be even better than coding locally.

   👍 Pros:    Easy to get started and operate|Fast|Supports common extensions|Works with most npm packages

   👎 Cons:    Still not as good as local development|Can be hard to debug|Build times can be slower than local

  I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network.   Thank you to everyone for your comments. I just want to share that I found a psychiatrist on zocdoc.com that specializes in ADHD and works through the company Talkiatry. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him.   I had good luck with zocdoc.com (no I don't work for them). Found a PCP appointment within two weeks. I initially tried a friend's doctor and they were like a 4 month wait. Source: over 3 years ago
