Tomas Wittelsbach is a traditional sculptor, turned ZBrush jewellery artist. Check out some of his live streams on pixologic.com. He did stream live critiques, not just for jewellery, but don't know his current schedule. You could join his discord and ask for more detail there. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini. I'm a new coder too. What helps me is finding a good place to learn the most basic principles and having 2-5 things I want to do. I started with codedex.io , learning Python and HTML and then took their courses and moved on looking for projects with tutorials. Little steps one by one.
