  • Windows software to simulate IP cam using web cam?
    It's been a really long time since I last used it, but I believe that you can do this with Yawcam. Some configuration might be needed, and when I used it, I think I used it as mjpeg, not h264, but BI should still be able to support that. Source: over 5 years ago
