A last note to my progress is that I started using Lifesum to track calorie intake and macro nutrients after my weight loss, in order to find my balance and gain a more healthy relationship with eating - I learned so much from that. I was straight up practising malnutrition and had a very unhealthy fear of carbs and fat for a long time - but I also needed to loose that weight, maybe just not THAT fast ๐.
