I would suggest contacting GoDadd for help, but from what you've described sounds like WordPress itself maybe the issue. Could be installation issue like an insecure SQL connection or a vulnerability in a plugin / theme. Sounds like you've taken a good first action in cycling out passwords and logins, another step to take would be scan the site with a vulnerability scanner like https://wpsec.com/ and look into a... Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that.
