The system returns the candidate's overall percentage of compatibility with the job advertisement, which allows a ranking of candidates from most to least compatible.

JobArch offers a CV database. It is a useful tool for expanding one's talent pool and discovering profiles who have not directly applied for jobs. Searching the CV database is always possible to find profiles suitable for the job offered: the system provides various filters to carry out searche, searches made can be saved and it is possible to access the search history. The company may request to unblock the CV of a candidate it deems interesting.
