You can put it on a $5-10 server on linode and upgrade to $20 server if you need to anytime. For an extra $5 it'll include daily backups, and one on demand backup. Last time I had to set it up it took me about an hour to get it running with a LEMP (Nginx, mariadb as a drop in replacement of mysql) stack from https://wordops.net/. In what way did you show the file comparison? Did you use a diff like diffchecker.com ? If someone can see for themselves that every bit of data between two files is exactly the same, and still thinks they are different, IDK how you could get past that. x == x is pretty fundamental. How do I find the actual difference between two strings that appear equal to the naked eye? I used multiple tools and some show no differences, but some show differences.
