I tried a lot, and https://manytricks.com/witch/ is what I stuck with for the ONLY decent alt tab experience I could find (itโs heavily customizable). I donโt understand this number thing, finding them like that takes the same reading action you could be doing while you press alt tab for eachโฆ and youโd be done, but instead I see so many apps offer that number route. One implementation note that cost me a wrong result: URL predicates need tighter clause boundaries than entity mentions do. Split on sentence punctuation only, and "ๅนถๆฒกๆๆจๅบไธญๆๅฎ็ฝ๏ผๅ ถไธป่ฆๅฎ็ฝๆฏ https://basecamp.com" flags that URL as negated โ but the negation targets the Chinese site and the URL is being affirmed, one comma later.
