  • Software hasn't updated in a year
    Look at xda-developers.com forums on how to install a downloaded official or custom ROM for newer OS. Download official ROMS from https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares and search for the latest T-Mobile (TMB) or USA (XAA) one for your exact model #.
