  • Should I get an LLC if I make 60$+ as a graphics designer?
    If you do a lot of work for any one company, they might get flagged by the IRS that you should be an employee. At that point, they will have to either hire you or cut back on the amount of work you do for them. Or make you become an employee of a workforce management type company and then subcontract you through that company. (I'm not sure what to call them--I'm thinking of Pro Unlimited specifically.).
