React AdminWallabag is recommended for users who appreciate open-source software, self-hosting capabilities, and prioritizing privacy. It's ideal for individuals who want to organize and read web content without distractions, and have the technical skills to set up and manage the application on their own servers.
React Admin might be a bit more popular than wallabag. We know about 26 links to it since March 2021 and only 19 links to wallabag. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I am using koreader.rocks on my ereader and KOreader has a native support for https://wallabag.org/. They are both fantastic opensource projects, whenever I like to read something I am sending them to my wallabag and therefore I can easily have them on my ereader too. Also the fact that you can install different plugin on KOreader and customize it in a way you like is fantastic. - Source: Hacker News / 10 days ago
I moved to a self-hosted Wallabag (https://wallabag.org/) after Pocket shut down. Not the sexiest but does everything I need it to. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
I'm looking into setting up Wallabag for myself, maybe it could work for you too? https://wallabag.org/. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
I use KOReader [1] on my Kobo. It supports Wallabag [2]. Wallabag offers both hosted [3] and self-hosted options. There's also a standalone kobo client for Wallabag [4]. In addition, Wallabag also supports direct import from Pocket. Instapaper[1] and Wallabag[2] would be the two main alternatives to Pocket, I think. Wallabag is self-hosting although I believe there are hosted services around as well. Cannot get either of them to integrate with my Kobo ereader like Pocket does, though. :-( [1] https://www.instapaper.com/ [2] https://wallabag.org/. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago

I've been working with react-admin on various projects, some of which required basic CMS features in addition to the core application. We've used headless CMS like Strapi, Directus, or Prismic for these features. However, react-admin is so powerful that it can be used to build the CMS part, too. That's why I worked on a CMS proof-of-concept using react-admin for the admin UI and Supabase (which provides a REST... - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
I was learning React JS front end and in this journey of self learning, I have achieved many milestone like utilizing react-admin framework. I also implemented two-factor authentication using Authenticator tools with react-admin framework. It was a very challenging job to include two-factor alongside react-admin authentication as there is no tutorial available for it. But this is very much required in the era of... - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
With a simple relational data model, developers can easily modify the system to store additional data. Its component-based architecture allows for replacing or customizing any part of the application, giving developers full control over the user experience. Built using React and react-admin, two widely supported frameworks, it comes with a rich library of pre-built components ready for use. - Source: dev.to / almost 2 years ago
Whenever I see the word "framework", I can't help but think of the Linebreakers' song "We're Gonna Build a Framework". That aside, React-admin has over 25,000 users around the world. It's a single-page application framework, allowing you to build web apps running on top of REST/GraphQL APIs, using TypeScript, React and Material Design. React-admin's latest update brings refined lists and forms, dependency update,... - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago
