Vizivo is an AI-powered document generator built for UK small businesses.
Most AI tools start from zero every conversation. You re-explain your rates, your VAT position, your audience and your tone every single time. Vizivo doesn't. You profile your business once (or simply paste your website and it reads it), and that becomes your Business Memory: a durable record of who you are, what you sell and how you sound.
From then on, every document arrives already personalised. Fourteen tools cover the documents a small business actually runs on: invoices, quotes, sales proposals, business plans, marketing plans, job descriptions, RFPs and responses, privacy policies, terms and conditions, budgets and website copy. Documents connect too: an accepted quote becomes the matching invoice in one click, with totals recalculated.
Everything is built around UK conventions rather than generic US defaults: VAT-aware totals, British English, and UK legal and business norms. Guided journeys sequence the right documents in the right order, and export is a finished, formatted PDF or Word file, not a wall of chat text.

You profile your business once, or paste your website and Vizivo reads it, and from then on every document is written with your rates, VAT position, services and tone already in place. Most AI writing tools start from an empty context every session, so you re-explain your business each time. Vizivo also finishes the job: documents come out as formatted PDF or Word files, not as text in a chat window you still have to lay out.

If you need one-off text, general AI chat is cheaper and more flexible, and you should use that. Vizivo is for the documents a UK small business produces repeatedly: invoices, quotes, proposals, business plans, terms and conditions, privacy policies.
Three things differ. It remembers your business between documents. It applies UK conventions by default, including VAT-aware totals, British English and UK legal norms, rather than US templates you adapt afterwards. And documents connect, so an accepted quote becomes the matching invoice with the totals recalculated.

Vizivo started from a straightforward frustration: general AI tools are good at writing and bad at remembering. Every session began by re-explaining the same business details, and the output still needed reformatting before it could go to a client.
