I'm currently trying to popularize Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/ Vimeo is a great alternative to Youtube and really it's only downside is that is has very little users. Because Vimeo is just NOT a bunch of greedy assholes like Youtube, you can actually earn more on vimeo than on youtube in a lot of the cases.
