I presume it installs one at $VIMRUNTIM/syntax or or ~/.vim/syntax. If this sounds right, then create a ~/.vim/after/syntax/vimwiki.vim file and place your match command in there. For eyeball time picks to drive min inconvenience for a group, every tz (after customizing for my tz of choice) was just easier.
