If you have a bit more budget, you can also recruit participants from online panels (like userinterviews.com or respondent.io). For an incentive, you can screen the right people to participate in your playtest. Keep in mind you will need to do some vetting and make sure you're not getting "professional" participants. Figure out how you can make more income. Maybe you create an account on upwork or fiverrr (platform for freelancers) and help a company out with social media, or reviewing resumes. Maybe you try driving for doordash or ubereats. Maybe you sign up for respondent.io and get paid to do research interviews (we hire people from here all the time).
