The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. It's actively developed, has been around for over a decade (I have been using it since Google Reader shut down) and has been super stable.
