The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. I can recommend Standard Notes as an alternative. https://standardnotes.com/ Works well on all paltforms, desktop and mobile. The sync works also great.
