The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. And start looking at all results and if they don't have a website call them and offer your service. Better is to find a business texting solution. For example Avochato has Slack integration. A quick google for "Business Texting" finds a lot of options, like SimpleTexting, or TextUs.
