OverlayQA's answer:
OverlayQA is the only design QA tool that combines Figma overlay comparison, AI-powered design review, and WCAG accessibility auditing in a single Chrome extension. Every issue captured includes the CSS selector, computed style values, page metadata, and a screenshot, so developers get dev-ready bug reports instead of vague feedback. It works on any URL: staging, localhost, or production.
Userback's answer
Userback offers a unique combination of visual feedback tools, customizable user surveys, intuitive user experience, and powerful integrations that set it apart from competitors. The platform's ability to capture detailed, visual feedback directly from users reduces the back-and-forth often associated with bug tracking and issue resolution. Moreover, Userback's customizable feedback forms and automated workflows make it easy to tailor the platform to your specific needs, whether you're a small team or a large organization. By choosing Userback, you ensure that your development process is driven by clear, actionable insights that lead to better products and happier users.
OverlayQA's answer:
Most visual bug tracking tools capture a screenshot and stop there. OverlayQA captures the CSS selector, computed values, viewport, browser info, and a link to the original Figma frame in every issue. It exports directly to Jira, Linear, and Notion with one click. The AI design review uses GPT-4o to flag layout, spacing, and typography issues automatically. No other tool in this category combines visual comparison, AI review, and accessibility auditing.

These professionals rely on Userback to streamline the feedback collection process, improve communication between teams, and deliver products that align with user expectations. Whether working on a new feature or refining an existing product, Userback helps these teams stay connected with their users and make data-driven decisions that enhance the overall user experience.
OverlayQA's answer:
Design and frontend teams at product companies (50-500 employees) who use Figma and need to verify that what shipped matches the design spec. Also agencies and studios who need to QA client sites before handoff. QA engineers, designers, and frontend developers all use it.
Userback's answer
Userback was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between users and product teams by making feedback collection more efficient and actionable. The founders recognized that traditional feedback tools often lacked the ability to convey the visual context needed to truly understand user issues. To solve this, they created a platform that combines visual feedback with powerful integrations, allowing teams to capture, manage, and act on feedback in real-time. Since its inception, Userback has grown into a trusted tool for thousands of teams worldwide, helping them build products that users love.
OverlayQA's answer:
OverlayQA was built out of 15 years of design-to-development handoff frustration. The QA process between design and engineering has always been scattered across screenshots in Slack, vague Jira tickets, and hours of back-and-forth. OverlayQA puts the entire visual QA workflow inside the browser where the work actually happens.
OverlayQA's answer:
Chrome Extension (Manifest V3), React, TypeScript, Hono (backend), Neon (PostgreSQL), axe-core (accessibility engine), GPT-4o (AI visual analysis).

Userback is a good tool for design review & feedback. Source: almost 4 years ago
The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. The other three unblocked URLs are all neccessary for the page to load properly along with many other sites on the internet. Source: almost 4 years ago
