The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. If you need a disposable mailadress, without being a jerk, you can use mailinator.com. That even allows you to read the mails that gets sent to the adress, it does also everyone else to read them unfortunately. Source: about 3 years ago
