The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. While that's true. They could have gone another way without breaking the dependency rules. Padding top and bottom could be relative to parent height and padding left and right could be relative to parent width. They would not be the same. But it would still make sense.
