Is this a monorepo setup? It looks like one from the graphics. I also think when it comes to these SaaS starter kits its helpful to have visuals of the out of the box look and feel. I would also recommend creating a docs page. You can check mobbin.design and saasui.design and break them down yourself. Also best practises are never great if it doesnt work for you. So adapt.
